Can I reattach my Peekies?
Yes, our Peekies come with a clear sticky adhesive that can be removed and replaced with any double sided adhesives
Will the Peekies stick to my case?
Our Peekies come with an adhesive that sticks to most flat surfaces. They will NOT stick to silicone or textured/ridged cases, nor will they stick to cases with bumpers due to the extra thickness.
Do you make custom charms?
We are not doing customs at the moment
When will ____ be restocked?
We restock our Regular and Baby-sized Peekies on a regular basis! Limited edition items are restocked occasionally, and we share those updates on our Instagram Stories. Peekies labeled as “seasonal” are only available during specific times of the year.

Where is my order?
Due to a high volume of orders, please allow 5-7 business days for us to prepare your Peekies. We need this time to prepare and paint, so the timeframe refers to processing, NOT shipping.
After your order is ready, we will ship it out and send you an email with tracking information. We appreciate your patience and are working hard to fulfill your order as quickly as possible!
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries!
What are the international fees?
International shipping is based off the calculated shipping prices on USPS. International orders may be subject to customs fees or additional charges, please check first!
What do I do with tracking/delivery issues?
Once orders are shipped, we do not have control over packages. It is in the hands of the shipping carrier, please contact them for any issues with tracking/delays/delivery.
My package says "Delivered" but I haven't received it.
Sometimes packages are scanned before delivery. We suggest waiting 24 hours before contacting USPS.
What should I do if my package is damaged during delivery?
We’re sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged! Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can help! If it’s past the 24-hour window, we may not be able to take responsibility for the damage, as we cannot offer liability after that time to protect our business. When reaching out, please include your order number, and photos of the damages.

Can I return my Peekies?
Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read all product descriptions before purchasing!
How do I cancel/change my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible and we can cancel or adjust your order.
I emailed but haven't heard a response
Please allow us up to 48 hours to respond to emails, we aim to respond as quickly as possible. Also, kindly check that your inbox is not full, this could delay communication.
