Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to prepare your Peekies. We need this time to prepare and paint, so the timeframe refers to processing, NOT shipping. During new drops, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.

After your order is ready, we will ship it out and send you an email with tracking information. We appreciate your patience and are working hard to fulfill your order as quickly as possible!

Shipping Methods & Carriers:
Domestic orders are shipped using USPS and international orders may be shipped USPS or UPS depending on the most best option at the time of fulfillment.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

Address Responsibility:
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Addresses must be entered in English only and should not include special characters, as they may not print correctly and can lead to delivery issues.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your order is on its way, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier and out of our control. Because of this, we’re unable to take responsibility for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If you notice a delay, we recommend checking your tracking updates first and reaching out to your local post office for more information. Of course, if you need any help along the way, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Returned Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or being unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
